| The Hertfordshire Interpreters and Translators Association (THITA/HISAP) was established in 1992 to provide interpreting and translation services in Hertfordshire. It helps members of the public who are at a disadvantage when trying to gain access to services offered by agencies, due to English not being their first language.
THITA recruits, assesses and trains bilingual individuals to provide professional interpreting and translation services, following codes of practice, ethics and best practice guidelines. |
