The Hertfordshire Interpreters and Translators Association (THITA) was established in 1992 to provide interpreting and translation services in Hertfordshire. It helps members of the public who are at a disadvantage when trying to gain access to services offered by agencies, due to English not being their first language.
THITA registered as a Community Interest Company in March 2010
THITA recruits, assesses and trains bilingual individuals to provide professional interpreting and translation services, following codes of practice, ethics and best practice guidelines. |
