We offer face to face and telephone interpreting services. Currently, we can provide interpreters in 45 languages.

The procedure for our booking interpreter service is as follows:

  • We receive the interpreter request via telephone, fax or email
  • We find a suitable interpreter and send confirmation to both the client and interpreter
  • We send a post-service monitoring form to the client for feedback on the interpreter's work

At least one day's notice will normally be required when booking an interpreter. Any special deadlines/requests can be negotiated with the co-ordinator.

You can make your request by post, telephone, fax or email. You will receive an estimate for the interpreting service before an agreement to carry out the work is finalised.
